travel destinations
Thanks to its close proximity to the pedestrian zone, local shops and good public transport connections, the RUNDUM isn’t far “from the action”, despite its hillside location: numerous restaurants and cafés are on our doorstep, everyday service providers, educational institutions, a modern hospital, the Rupertustherme spa and a national park. The centre of the festival city of Salzburg is only a 30-minute drive away. The close proximity to lakes such as Lake Thumsee (6 km), the Königssee (27 km) or Lake Chiemsee (42 km) make the RUNDUM and the town of Bad Reichenhall an all-round destination all year long.
